Doilies (singular; Doilie, plural; Doilies) are animated creatures made out of fabric and thread. A Doilie is born when strong memories or feelings of loneliness are invoked at the time of use. They appear in place of a doily and retain certain characteristics. Their human-like appearance and personality are based on the wisher's ideal company. Doilies may have certain aspects associated with tea, desserts, and flowers depending on the doily and their environment during birth.
