She's probably not, but is she supposed to be a little pudgy? I think the glitch was the legs in proportion to her body...
Also, be careful with chins. A lot of artists put a V-shaped chin on an otherwise roundish face, and in all but the most extreme cases, I consider that a mistake (since the chin could be rounded to make more sense and be more aesthetically pleasing while detracting nothing). If I do consider it a style, it's a style I don't really approve of.
